Volunteering:
There is nothing more flattering then someone believing in your campaign enough to want to help you succeed! However, unless you are a political science major, need extra credit in a government class, or are a gluten for punishment, I would not recommend volunteering for a campaign. While I would always appreciate the offer, the types of activities involved are usually sweaty, repetitive, and monotonous, and that's the fun ones. If you still need that extra credit, send me an email! I've got some ideas for video and photoshop work. Otherwise, if you really want to donate your time, find a worthy charity in your community that falls within your interests. Most will even provide training and are desperate for helpers! The rough economy has hurt them too.
